Q1. Can anyone suggest how can I visit Tirupati from Bangalore?

Ans. Tirupati is about 258kms away from Bangalore. It is very well connected by roadways and can be comfortably reached by taking buses. APSRTC (Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation) and KSRTC (Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation) are the two public bus services that provide direct buses from Bangalore to Tirupati. They provide Hi Tech buses, Volvo ac buses and Non ac Volvo buses from Bangalore to Tirupati at affordable fares. The journey time is about 6-7 hrs. Apart from APSRTC there are many travel agents that provide bus services from Bangalore to Tirupati. There are both private and public transport bus service providers in Bangalore. The fares by these agents are optimum and very affordable which varies from 255-755 only.

Q2. How can i book tickets for Darshan in Tirumala?

Ans. There are many kinds of Darshans that are offered by the Trimala Tirupati Devasthanam. For every Darshan the booking procedure is different. For example: for Seeghra darshan tickets can be availed from the temple only from the VQC-I in a separate queue line with 4 counters, after availing the tickets, the pilgrims are directly allowed for Darshan.
Apart from this there is E-seva also which has been introduced by Trimala Tirupati Devasthanam. For this one has to plan in advance of 90 days for the darshan of the lord Venkateshwara and book tickets for the Darshan online also.

Q3. Can some one help me in getting tirupathi Tirumala Darshan tickets?

Ans. You can get Tirupathi Tirumala Darshan tickets by logging on to the website of Trimala Tirupati Devasthanam that is www.ttdsevaonline.com . After logging in the site you have to log in the E-seva column and then choose the type of darshan you want to have and then check the availability of the darshan ticket. If the ticket Is available you can book the ticket by paying by credit or debit card.
Apart from booking tickets online you can also visit your nearest TTD oofice in your city and then choose among various darshans offered by them and tehn pay accordingly for the Darshan.

Q4. Where to get online registration for darshan of tirupati venkatesh?

Ans. You can visit the nearest TTD office situated in your city and register yourself for the Tirupati Venkatesh. Apart from this you can log on to the TTD website ttdsevaonline and register over there by using the internet.

Ans. There is a provision for pre paid taxi at the Gudur station. Taxi rates are provided at the station and are strictly adhered to. You can book the taxi after reaching the station at the pre paid taxi stand situated at the railway station only.

Q7. Can anyone tell me the how to take a bus from the Gudur station and Renigunta airport?

Ans. Buses are easily available at the Gudur station and ply daily at a gap of every 15 mins. The fare of the bus is also affordable and the buses are very comfortable to travel in.
Renigunta is about 15 kms away from Tirupati. At the Renigunta airport you can take bus also which ply between the airport and Tirupati every 15mins.

Q8. Can you tell me the accommodation facilities at Tirupati?

Ans. There are a lot of accommodation hotels, guest houses and dharamshalas situated at Tirupati. TTD has ensured good accommodation facilities and has constructed about 4850+ guest houses in Tirupati. Due to the rush you should book a room in advance. The various dharamshalas and guest houses are Sri Venkateswara Dharmasala, Sri Venkateswara Guest House (to the north of the Tirupati Railway Station) (Non-AC), Sri Padmavathi Guest House (AC) Chittoor Road, TTD Alipiri Guest House (at the foot of the seven hills) (Non A.C.)

Q9. What is the right time to visit Tirupati?

Ans. The right time to visit Tirupati is between September to march. In this season the climate is not so hot.
