Tirumala Tirupati is a place which has always managed to stay in news. May it be because of the hefty donations that it gets or due to its being the most visited pilgrimage place all over the world. The abode of Sri Venkateshwara or Lord Balaji the Tirupati temple is located 64 kms away in Andhra Pradesh’s Chitoor district.

Since a heavy number of tourists and devotees flock to the Tirupati temple every day, it is very essential to manage the crowd and provide Darshans of lord Venkateshwara to every one. Therefore, TTD is the board that manages all the functions related to the temple at Tirupati.

To enable smooth Darshan facility and avoid crowd, TTD introduced the e seva facility at Tirupati. Under this the devotees can easily book their Darshan tickets in advance through the use of internet. They can also check the Darshan availability on a particular day and the timings of the Darshans.

E seva Tirupati is of the following types:-

All the above mentioned sevas can be booked online. Although due to the heavy rush at Tirupati, it is advisable to do the ttd e seva booking in advance. Any type of e seva can be booked in advance of minimum of 3 days and maximum of 90 days.

TTD online booking has also established several e seva centers at various cities and towns of India, so that the devotees can easily book their seva ticket by visiting these centers. For example, the e seva centre Hyderabad is a very famous one. Apart from this there are several other e seva centers at various cities such as Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.

Before going to these centers the e seva centers timings needs to be checked. This can be checked easily on internet.

    Hi Vishwanath,

    Check in is from noon to next day noon i.e. 12 noon to 12 noon. You have to be on time and contact respective TTD person if you are getting late in Check IN.

    Answer to your queries in the same fashion –

    1. You can book only two tickets at a time
    2. YOu need to send DD of the same amount but on different date for the same date darshan.
    3. Childern below 12 are free

    I would like to know if, we can get Suprabatham tickets at Tirumala one day before the date of darshan.

    I had already sent DD on 11th Nov’10 for suprabatham seva for 9/2/2011, but the request was rejected. Also, I was told that the online seva booking will be availbale on 22/12/2010, but i’m not confident of getting the tickets.

    Kindly help us in booking the suprabatham seva for 9/2/2011.

    I am planning to Visit Balaji Temple on Jan 18th and i have couple of questions can you help me.

    1) I am planning to go for Astadala Pada Padmaradhanamu seva and can i book the tickets for my husband and my-in-laws? I would just need other pilgrims photo or do i need a finger impressions?
    2) what is cellar tickets? Is this for Archana only? If we get a seva ticket do we still need this cellar ticket? If yes when and where can we get it? I am an NRI if that makes any difference.
    3) We are also planning to get my son’s head shaved, he will be year in Jan 2011. Do we need to do any booking for that?
    4) Also i am looking at accomodations and they did not open that yet. So can i find any other accomodations other than this website? If yes can you give any phone number or website that i can reserve the rooms.

    We want to book for Kalyanotsavam seva, we are one couple with one kid(6yrs). As per rule 2 persons are allowed for this seva. Do we need to book two seva to accomodate kid or temple will allow kid with couple in single seva?

    Kalyanostavam says its maximum one ticket per person when booking? Do I need to book it twice or one ticket for 500 Rs is for one couple?

    I was looking at seva details and it was listed as Rs 1000 so I am not sure how I can add 2 tickets to same order since it says one person allowed.

    Hi Balaji,

    I am really having a problem to book the tickets as they will be flushed just with in one minute. for sevas if we have to go with family of 2 or 3 members, by the time we book one ticket the other tickets will not be available. So now i booked one day for me one day for my mother and one day for my wife it is actually increasing the cost of our stay as well the time at tirumala. Is there any alternate method to book atleast 2 tickets of the same family at a time online.

    We can understand it, better way is to choose where seats are in plenty, and you can see it when you choose your tickets on a particular date they show you how many seats are available for that day.
